Although “exhibition” and “trade show” are frequently used interchangeably to refer to showcases of products and services, technically, “exhibition” has a broader meaning than “trade show”. Exhibitions can be subdivided into three categories, of which a tradeshow is only one. The other two categories are consumer shows, and trade plus consumer shows. "Needless to say, we’re very pleased with the Show this year," said its General Manager, Jean Provencher. “We offered a high caliber event that was both informative and festive. According to the feedback collected, the visitors were true travelers, passionate and curious. We’re particularly proud of the comments received from some exhibitors who consider the ITTS to be a leader among shows of its kind in North America. This huge success has put the wind in our sails to start planning for the next edition.”

A reminder of the Trophies
For the first time, three trophies were awarded to exhibitors who excelled at the show. In the category of the most beautiful stand of 300 pc and more, the trophy was given to Guadeloupe. In one of the most beautiful kiosks of 200 pc and less, Kenya received the honors t that it is Aéroports de Montréal which won the prize of the most welcoming stand. Congratulations to the winners!

If that’s not enough, you can also trade stories with globetrotter and blogger Lydiane St-Onge (from the blog Lydiane around the world), who left everything behind in 2013 to explore the planet and follow her dreams. Since adventure can also mean setting out on a road trip, Jeep will offer test drives like a brand new feature at the Show this year. Jeep fans, especially Jeep Cherokee Overland drivers, love self-reliant overland travel to remote destinations. Also, new this year, visitors will have a chance to view an exhibition of gorgeous travel photos. In partnership with Lozeau, the Show will display 18 photos, and visitors will be invited to vote for their favorite.
